Beginning of the registration.
Register online to participate in the 2023 Power Contest. You don’t need a license, you don’t need an international level and you don’t need to move… You only need to have fun and want to surpass yourself! Compare yourself to athletes of your level who train all around the world and give it your all to have the best rank possible after 4 weightlifting events.

Announcement of the first event.
The competition starts! Our first event will be revealed on our Instagram account and this website, and you will receive an email. Read properly the rules for each and every event in order to avoid penalties or worse, disqualification. You have 13 days (until January 19th included) to perform the event and to send us the video from your personal space on our website.
You will also have to send with the video of the first event a video of your weigh in on which figures the date. The date will have to match with the period of the first event.
That video will only be seen by a judge of the same gender as the athlete.
JANUARY 7th 2023
JANUARY 21th 2023
Announcement of the second event.
You will discover the event on the same basis as the first event and will have until February 2nd (included) to submit your performance.
Unlike the first event you won’t have to perform a weigh in, scores will be calculated with your bodyweight from the first complex.
You will only have to send one video.
Announcement of the third event.
Still the same principle. For the third event you will also have to perform a filmed and dated weigh in, and the weight will be used to calculate the scores of the events 3 and 4.
You will have until February 16th (included) to submit your performance and weigh in.
You will have to send two videos.
FEBRUARY 4th 2023

Announcement of the fourth and final event.
For this event you only have to send the video of your performance. You will have until March 2nd (included) to submit your performance.
The overall ranking will be established and available.
Registration for the finale.
Registration procedure for the finale.
Qualified athletes will receive an invitation to participate in the finale at Powercamp on the weekend of August 26th-27th.
In the elite category the top 20 athletes of each gender will qualify, for master and teen the top 7 athletes of each gender will qualify.
If an athlete cannot be present at the venue for the finale his/her qualifying spot will be redistributed following the ranking. It is therefore possible for an elite athlete ranked beyond 21st to qualify for the finale.

AUGUST 26th & 27th 2023
The weekend you don’t want to miss.
The last weekend of August the top performing athletes from the open will come
to Powercamp to decide who will be crowned best in a classic weightlifting competition. The scoring will also be based on the Sinclair score. There will therefore be no weight categories.
68 athletes, 6 categories, one winner per category.
Just like last year activities will be organized in the weekend to make the event more fun everyone: athletes and spectators alike.
